What kind of items will arrive in my box?

Each box is filled with a unique mix of a number of bird toys, healthy treats, fun talon toys, stimulating foraging toys, therapeutic perches, rope boings and the occasional new product that is just too good for us to pass up! One month, you may receive toys and treats, while the next month you may receive toys and a snuggle! Each box is a surprise that is sure to entertain for hours.


Will I be able to choose what items will be sent to me?

While we're happy to account for special preferences and dislikes, one of the purposes of Polly Wanna Bird Box is to offer a variety of different items each month. Sometimes this is old favorites, sometimes it's something that you might not normally try. That means that each box will be a surprise when it arrives each month!


How do I know that everything is bird safe?

We have been in the bird business for nearly 20 years. Bird safety is our #1 priority. Each item that we include in a bird box is something that we would feel 100% comfortable offering to our own feathered family members!


How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply sign into your PayPal account and cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that once the subscription amount has been processed for that month, your box will be sent and the next month's box will be canceled.


When will my Bird Box arrive?

Bird boxes are sent out in about 3-7 days following your original sign up day of the month. They will arrive in your mailbox about 2-5 days after that. This time gives us a chance to tailor your boxes perfectly to your flock.


How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the price of each box at a reduced rate much cheaper than if you were to purchase the products outright from an online retailer. Rest assured that we will never make a profit on your shipping charge.


Can you ship outside of the contiguous 48 states?

Due to higher shipping costs, a $5 shipping cost applies to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. During checkout, please select the $5 shipping option.


I live outside of the United States. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship packages within the US.


How will my subscription be shipped?

We ship most packages via USPS Priority Mail which is normally delivered in 5 days or less from the time the package leaves us. Occasionally, we will ship larger boxes via UPS Ground.


My bird doesn't care for ______. Can I request this item be left out of future boxes?

We are always happy to take special needs into consideration. If you find that your bird doesn't like particular items, please let us know! Sending you something that your bird won't play with defeats the very purpose of Polly Wanna Bird Box.


What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, all major credit cards are accepted through PayPal.


How do I change my subscription?

If you find that your bird's needs change and you would like to choose a different subscription, please contact us and we will be happy to get it changed for you!


What is your return policy?

We pledge that EVERY toy and accessory that we send has never come into contact with another bird, therefore eliminating the threat of potential airborne viruses. Once a box has been shipped, it cannot be returned. This is for the safety of our customer's flocks.


What size are my birds?

Please note that most pet birds are parrots. A parrot can be as small as a parrotlet or as large as a macaw. Please use the following list as a loose guide to our sizing:


X-Small - Finches, Canaries
Small - Lovebirds, Parrotlets, Cockatiels, Parakeets, Green Cheek Conures
Medium -Caiques, Quakers, Conures, Senegals, Pionus, Timneh Greys, some Mini Macaws & some small cockatoos
Large - Amazons, Cockatoos, Macaws, Eclectus, Congo African Greys
X-Large - Large Cockatoos, Large Macaws
